We understand that timing matters when sending a sympathy gift. We work diligently to ensure your memorial wind chime arrives when you need it.
Processing Times
- Standard Orders: 1–2 business days
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States (All 50 States & Territories):
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days — FREE
All shipping methods are free. We will randomly select the most suitable carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on destination and logistics conditions.
We do not offer expedited shipping. If you have a special request, please email our customer service team to discuss your needs.
Important Shipping Information
- All orders include tracking information sent via email
- We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We currently only ship to addresses within the United States
Packaging
Every EXQUIVERA wind chime is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival:
- Protective wrapping to prevent scratches
- Sturdy box with cushioning
- Includes sympathy card for your personal message
- Gift wrapping available upon request
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery:
- Damaged package: Refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- Wrong address: Contact us as soon as possible; address changes cannot be made once shipped
- Delayed delivery: Check tracking first; contact carrier if needed; reach out to us if unresolved
