We offer FREE standard shipping (UPS Ground / USPS) to all 50 U.S. states and territories.

Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days via UPS Ground or USPS.

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, carrier information, estimated delivery date, and a link to track your package.

We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Every wind chime is carefully packaged with protective wrapping, placed in a sturdy box with cushioning, and includes a sympathy card for your personal message.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Gift cards and items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return and will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
